We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and administrative processes that keep our business moving.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork matter.
Position Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Support
Process receiving documentation accurately within our ERP system (CoStar).
Ensure all receiving paperwork is completed and submitted to Accounting in a timely manner.
Notify internal teams when products arrive and are ready for use.
Maintain organized warehouse documentation and records.
Assist with inventory cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy checks.
Support inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels and service parts availability.
Create purchase orders based on established inventory guidelines for approval.
Assist with coordinating tire retreading program activities.
Logistics & Administrative Support
Process and distribute Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to the Billing team.
Prepare customer quotes using established pricing guidelines.
Process warranty claims and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding claim status.
Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and Operations team.
Assist with Emergency Road Service (ERS) dispatch support when required.
Warehouse Operations
Assist with loading and unloading commercial tires, parts, and equipment.
Operate a forklift safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support daily operational requirements as assigned.

Qualifications
Forklift license required.
Previous experience handling commercial tires is required.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or administration is an asset.
Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Data entry experience with strong attention to accuracy.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Overtime may be required during busy periods.
Weekends and statutory holidays off.
